Documents Required for Travel
  • Original Passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with suffiecient blank pages for the stamping of visa
  • A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour
  • For all Schengen countries passport validity should not exceed more than 10 years
  • Handwritten passport is not acceptable

Payment Terms

Guest can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit card / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.65 % convenience charge will be applicable Cheque / Demand draft should be in favour of “The Travel Konnection “

Remarks
  • All meals are provided by The Travel Konnection in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early morning or leaves destination late in the evening.
  • Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 1500hrs and 1200hrs respectively.
  • Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy and the same has to be borne by the guest.
CANCELLATION DUE TO VISA REJECTION
Clients traveling with The Travel Konnection – Your Holiday Your Way tour must possess a valid visa. The company provides guidance for visa application but cannot guarantee approval. Clients are responsible for submitting complete and timely documents. Visa issuance may be delayed or rejected without complete documents. Clients must adhere to consulate/embassy norms. If visa is rejected, clients must pay consulate fees for reapplication and cannot claim reimbursement from The Travel Konnection – Your Holiday Your Way.
REFUNDS

Refunds for amendments and cancellations made directly with our company’s office will be issued directly to you. For bookings made through a Travel Agent, refunds will be routed through them. Refunds may take up to 60 working days to process. There are no refunds for unutilized or partially utilized services such as airline tickets, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, or sightseeing. The refund for the foreign exchange component will be in INR at the prevailing exchange rate. Third-party refunds from airlines, cruises, or overseas suppliers may take between 30 to 90 working days, subject to relevant documentation. If a tour is cancelled by the Company, all monies will be refunded after considering actual expenses incurred for visas, etc.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

As travel agents and holiday organizers, our company acts solely as an agent for our clients to secure services from independent contractors and service providers, including airlines, shipping companies, hotels, coaches, etc. We do not operate or control any of these entities mentioned in our brochure. While we take care in selecting the components of your holiday, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by the actions or omissions of the management or employees of these independent contractors. Our liability is limited to our role as a selector of services, and we are not liable for incidents arising outside of our normal selection process.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
  • The Client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program and return to India as per the tour itinerary. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with the representative of the company at the appointed place, date and time.
  • In case if a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
  • Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
  • If a client avails pre – tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which is included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre – tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.
  • The Company, reserves the right to drop / remove / discard from tour anyone whose behaviour is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other clients and the Company shall be under no liability to any such person. It is hereby
    declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to the Company’s Managers, including Tour Managers, Employees, Servants and Agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by the Company.
  • Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect. No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of the Contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facilities shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
  • The prices quoted in this brochure have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices published in this brochure in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, and / or fuel costs, special /high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before the Departure by the Client.

The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for: Any over stay expenses due to delay or changes in bus / air / trains / ship / or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever.

Sightseeing missed & / or program being cancelled after the commencement of the tour & before the due period due to any unavoidable situations which are beyond our control.

LOSS / DAMAGE

Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his / her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.
